**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Capital Markets Advisory**: Advise clients on raising capital through equity offerings, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and private placements.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions**: Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, helping clients navigate the stock market implications of these transactions.
- **Equity Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, stock performance, and potential investment opportunities to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Deal Structuring & Negotiations**: Work on structuring deals, conducting negotiations, and managing all aspects of stock market-related transactions.
- **Risk Assessment & Mitigation**: Analyze risks associated with market fluctuations and provide strategies to minimize investment risks for clients.
- **Market Insights**: Stay up to date with current trends, stock market developments, regulations, and competitors to offer timely, informed advice to clients.
- **Transaction Execution**: Oversee the execution of equity deals, ensuring they align with clients’ goals, and facilitate smooth transactions on the stock market.
- **Financial Modeling & Valuation**: Develop financial models, perform valuations of stocks, and generate reports for clients regarding stock market investments and forecasts.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all transactions comply with stock market regulations, including SEC rules and other relevant financial authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- [X] years of experience in investment banking, specifically in equity markets or stock market-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, stock trading, capital raising, and equity offerings.
- Proven track record of executing successful IPOs, equity placements, or M&A deals in the stock market.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of securities laws, regulations, and market practices.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Certification in CFA, Series 7, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with institutional investors, hedge funds, and corporate advisory.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and market analysis tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
