**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses, admissions process, and other offerings.
- Answer inbound calls, address queries, and provide solutions or guidance related to admissions, courses, and general information.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions, ensuring a positive image of the institute.
- Manage student data, track inquiries, and follow up with prospective students regularly.
- Handle concerns and questions effectively, providing clear and appropriate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the admissions and marketing teams to help achieve enrollment targets.
- Keep records of calls and update details in the database.
- Provide timely feedback on call trends and student responses to help improve processes.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong management skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to provide quick and effective resolutions.
- Polite and professional in all interactions.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and inquiries tactfully.
