**Site supervisor - Pan India**:
1. Inspecting equipment such as pumps, motors, flow meters, pressure gauges, and control panels for problems

2. Communicating with other members of the team about upcoming projects and tasks

3. Ensuring that all records are kept up to date such as safety logs and equipment logs

4. Scheduling work activities such as drilling and production on drilling sites

5. Coordinating with vendors to order parts or equipment replacements when needed

6. Inspecting the work area to ensure that it is safe for employees to work in

7. Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss site operations and any issues that have arisen

8. Ensuring that all safety standards are met at all times by all employees on site

9. Conducting training sessions for new employees to ensure that they are up to speed with site procedures and policies.

10. Maintain a safe work environment by constantly monitoring activities and enforcing safety regulations

11. Keep the work site clean and organized to avoid potential hazards

12. Inspect equipment and tools regularly to ensure they are in good working condition

13. Schedule and coordinate the work of contractors and other personnel

14. Monitor production rates and adjust operations accordingly to meet targets

15. Investigate and resolve operational problems

16. Prepare reports on well activity and submit them to the appropriate authorities

17. Maintain records of all well data

18. Supervise the maintenance of equipment and machinery

19. Train new employees in well-operation procedures

20. Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures

21. Perform regular performance evaluations of subordinates

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Proven experience as a supervisor in the oil and gas industry

3. Working knowledge of drilling operations, equipment, and safety procedures

4. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

5. Strong leadership and decision-making skills

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

1. Associate’s degree or higher in petroleum engineering or related field

2. 5+ years experience as a supervisor in the oil and gas industry

3. 10+ years experience working in the oil and gas industry
