AtkinsRéalis GTC is transforming project delivery across the built environment using advanced construction technologies, digital platforms, and integrated workflows. The BIM Coordinator plays a key role in extending design and engineering excellence into construction and operational phases, ensuring LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables, managing the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborating with global teams.

**Education & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- 10-15 years in Buildings BIM; 5+ years in GCC construction-stage coordination; 2+ years in the Middle East.
- 2+ years in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management/BIM).
- Expert in Revit (A/S/MEP), Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Proven delivery of LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of information management and CDE administration.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic exposure is a plus.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors, and clients.
- Good knowledge of LOD 300-500 standards.

**Desirable**:

- Dynamo fundamentals, BCF/IFC workflows, 4D/5D awareness.
- QA/model health tools, laser-scan to BIM, COBie/asset data structuring.
- Contractor-side experience in digital delivery from design to handover.

**BIM Software Skills**:
**Essential**:

- Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Navisworks Manage.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Model Coordination, Issues, Transmittals).

**Desirable**:

- Dynamo.
- IFC/BCF workflows.
- Model health auditing tools.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil/MEP (or equivalent).
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit) preferred.
- Information Management certification (BRE, Operam Academy, RICS, etc.) desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
**Mobilisation & Governance**:

- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workspaces and folder structures.
- Establish and enforce BEP addendum for construction/as-built phases.
- Define and oversee LOD 400/500 deliverable acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with client CDEs/EDMS like Aconex, A-site.

**Model Coordination & QA/QC (LOD 400)**:

- Weekly federations and clash detection via Navisworks Manage.
- Review contractor shop models/drawings.
- Track clash metrics and publish reports.
- Enforce model health and data integrity.
- Support BIM Coordination Meetings and action tracking.

**Vendor/Trade Integration**:

- Onboard vendors into ACC and validate workflows.
- Coordinate fabrication models and vendor point-clouds.

**As-Built & Handover (LOD 500)**:

- Support site verification and as-built capture.
- Validate LOD 500 deliverables.
- Compile handover information via ACC.

**Information Management Training & Support**:

- Train site engineers and contractors on ISO 19650 workflows.
- Conduct model/data audits and issue non-conformance reports.

**Key Skill Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and information management.
- Engineering design knowledge and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk, Bentley, Rhino, Trimble tools.
- Expertise in Navisworks, BIM Track, Revizto for clash management and issue tracking.
- Proficient in CDEs like ACC, BIM360, ASITE, ProjectWise.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Dynamo, 4D/5D, VR/AR.
- Understanding of construction quality processes.
- Experience developing technical documentation (BEPs, federation strategy, LOI, responsibility matrix).
- Knowledge of MIDP/TIDP.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
