The IT Faculty at CADD Centre is responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in programming languages such as Full Stack Java, Python to engineering students. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment, designing curriculum, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student progress.

**Job Location**: Thane Station road & Manpada/ Airoli / Dombivli

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**: Conduct classroom lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in programming languages and knowledge of Fullstack development/ Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in IT, programming languages, and Fullstack development to update course content and teaching methodologies.
- **Lab Management**: Oversee lab sessions, ensure proper functioning of software and hardware, and assist students during practical sessions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of education, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to academic planning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Fullstack development & Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- Teaching experience or a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
