The IT Faculty at CADD Centre is responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python to engineering students. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment, designing curriculum, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student progress.

**Job Location**: Thane/ Airoli / Dombivli

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**: Conduct classroom lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in programming languages and knowledge of Fullstack development/ Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in IT, programming languages, and Fullstack development to update course content and teaching methodologies.
- **Lab Management**: Oversee lab sessions, ensure proper functioning of software and hardware, and assist students during practical sessions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of education, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to academic planning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, and Knowledge of Fullstack development/ Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- Teaching experience or a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
