We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman who can join immediately.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Architectural Draughtsman is responsible for the development of project specific details and the preparation and coordination of clear, concise drawings.
- Experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to lead the coordination of architectural drawings, details and documentation required for regulatory approvals.
- Assessing the Architectural plans, feasibility and details given by design architect from sanction point of view.

.Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed for submissions.
- Preparing stage wise building permission drawings.
- Getting verified the prepared sanction drawings from Managing Director and respective Architect.
- Proficient in Auto CAD & Sketch up Software.

**SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
