Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can bridge design and execution — managing on-site activities while preparing accurate architectural drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong residential project experience and be capable of handling both technical and coordination responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation layouts.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth site execution.
  • Verify measurements, materials, and finishes as per design specifications.
  • Manage site documentation, progress reports, and material tracking.
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve on-site issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Draughtsmanship.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
  • Good understanding of construction techniques, detailing, and materials.
  • Strong site management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
