**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper recording and classification of expenses and incomes.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Generate reports on financial performance and provide insights to the management.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Liaise with tax consultants for periodic audits and assessments.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- **Payroll Management**:

- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Handle employee reimbursements and benefits.
- **Banking and Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- **Vendor and Client Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment collections and disbursements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on receivables and payables.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the têxtile or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tripta, Vastra App ) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
