Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn. - Generate targeted leads for online programs and offline coaching. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPL, and overall ROI. - Set up and manage remarketing and lookalike audience strategies. - Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM integrations. - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad copies. - Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to drive better conversions. - Report weekly/monthly campaign performance and insights. - Stay up to date with the latest trends in performance marketing, EdTech advertising, and platform updates.
