Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta

(Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Generate targeted leads for online programs and offline coaching.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPL, and overall ROI.
- Set up and manage remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM

integrations.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad

copies.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to drive better conversions.
- Report weekly/monthly campaign performance and insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in performance marketing, EdTech advertising, and platform updates.

Key Requirements:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion-focused ad strategies.
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in EdTech or test prep space is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of UTM tagging, CRM integration, and funnel tracking.
- Experience with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of video ad formats and YouTube marketing.

Pay: ₹9,513.98 - ₹30,000.00 per month
