Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, switches, and controllers.
- Ensure the stability and integrity of Data, voice and wireless network services.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, switches, and controllers.
- Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP).
- Knowledge on Network monitoring software (SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, Prime infrastructure).
- Knowledge of ITIL process.
- Basic Knowledge about IP addressing (IPV4 & IPV6), subnetting and its classes, DHCP, DNS.
- Knowledge on secure access control server (ACS) i.e. offer authentications and authorization services.
- Hands on experience of Spanning tree protocol (RSTP, PVST, RPVST).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
- Daily health check of critical devices.
- Weekly backup of critical device.
- Configuring and installing network devices.
- Firmware and IOS upgrades of Layer-2 switch.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing of hardware, software, and other network problems.
- Implement security measure in LAN network.
- Coordination with operations team & senior team members in case of critical incidents and major network outage.
- Daily activities updates, follow-up on SLA.
- Ticket categorization and quality parameters.
- Management of IP connectivity to other network supported devices (e.g. VC equipment’s, IP telephony, security controller etc.)
- Follow up with vendor and admin team for cabling related work.
- Installation and maintaining the Wi-Fi Access Points, Controllers and other Wi-Fi devices.
- Strong understanding of wireless infrastructure and hardware.

- Coordinate with user/field engineer and provide assistance on phone at site as well.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and other wireless network problems
- Provide technical support to field engineer for wireless issues.
- Configuration of Access Point for Augmentation work.
- Ensure the stability and integrity of Data, voice and wireless network services
- Coordination with operations team & senior team members in case of critical incidents and major network outage.
- Daily activities updates, follow-up on response / resolution SLA.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
