**The Job Overview**:
We are looking to fill the role of a YouTuber Anchor. The YouTube Anchor will oversee the promotion of our YouTube channel and individual videos to ensure they align with the companys overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and launching a YouTube channel, conducting research regarding our target audience as well as the audiences of our competition, and optimizing videos to ensure maximum views. Additional responsibilities include title creation to generate greater impact, maximizing exposure, increasing the number of subscribers, and leveraging videos across other social media platforms for more views.

**Role & responsibilities**:
Below are some of the responsibilities a YouTube anchoring is expected to assume in their position:

- Take complete understanding of real estate residential and commercial project.
- Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets
- Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines
- Coordinate with real estate developer concerned person for project details and seek permission for video shooting.
- Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets and social media marketing campaign.
- Coordinate with digital team for video editing and contents.

Below are the qualifications expected of a YouTuber anchoring:

- Any Bachelors degree
- 1-2 years of experience in YouTube Anchoring/hosting
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 - 3 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: Remote
