**Responsibilities**:

- **On-Camera Presentation**: Host and present property tours, project details, and sample flats in a captivating manner to engage and inform potential buyers.
- **Content Delivery**: Clearly and confidently explain key features, USPs, and configurations, making complex information understandable for a general audience.
- **Lead Generation Focus**: Use effective call-to-action phrases to encourage viewers to take the next step, generating interest and inquiries.
- **Preparation & Research**: Familiarize yourself with each property/project, understanding its features, amenities, location, and competitive advantages to communicate a well-informed perspective.
- **Audience Engagement**: Maintain viewer interest through natural, lively, and personable delivery, capturing the tone and professionalism of our brand.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our content creation team to plan video scripts, improve content flow, and ensure all key points are covered seamlessly
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a host/anchor, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi with a clear, engaging delivery style a must
- **Appearance & Demeanor**: Professional appearance and a warm, friendly personality that resonates well on camera.
- **Passion for Real Estate**: Interest or background in real estate is a plus; ability to understand and effectively convey property-related information.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in various on-location settings and able to adapt quickly to different project types and video styles.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic familiarity with video formats and social media platforms like YouTube for better content alignment.
