Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced **Finishing Foreman** to oversee and manage finishing activities at our construction sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge of finishing works, quality control, and site coordination to ensure timely completion of projects to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor finishing works (plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, joinery, etc.).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor snag lists, ensuring all rectifications before handover.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper material usage.
- Report daily progress to Project Engineer/Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in finishing works (residential/commercial projects).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to quality finishes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
