Position: Communication Strategist

Experience: 8-10 years

Location**:Jayanagar, Bangalore **(on site
- Jain campus)

Qualification**:Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Mass Communications & Journalism**.

**Roles and Responsibilities Communication Strategist**:

- Strategise and design the communication goal for the brand JAIN College and execute

the plan accordingly
- Own the responsibility of directing the content team toward achieving their respective

goals
- Address the communication need of the organization and support brand-building

activities
- Explore, learn, share and adapt to the new advancement in communication

design/content writing with the team
- Assess the content team’s progress time-to-time and share a periodical report with the

higher authority

**Skills Required**:

- Having a keen interest in organizational goals and targets
- Attention to detail
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Content presentation skills
- Content delivery skills
- Experience in handling and strategizing marketing campaigns
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Editorial competency
- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data
- Team-building skills
- Pressure handling capabilities
