**JOB DUTIES**

**_Job Summary:

**_Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Asset Management for Transmission Line project equipments_**

**_Reviewing Project details:_**
- **_Check & audit the procedure for procurement of asset_**:

- **_Check the requirement of the asset procured and make a cost comparative analysis between procurement of the asset viz-a-viz hiring the same_**:

- **_Maintain a data base of all stock items with proper nomenclature approved by Country Manager_**:

- **_Lodge police complain and insurance claim on the event of any loss / theft / damage of any asset and take full ownership in getting the claim from the insurance company_**:

- **_In case of closure of project closely monitor and record the asset, present the list to the Country Manager and follow his instruction for disposal/ resale_**:

- **_Study the requisition raised by the site offices for the requirement of construction equipments used in Transmission Line projects_**:

- **_Generate enquiries with various vendors from domestic as well as international market_**:

- **_Raise the purchase order and track the material/ consignment movement till it reaches the site. Support the vendor in all necessary documentation process_**

**_Updating & Maintenance:_**
- **_Update the MIS and report the concern authorities on regular basis_**
- **_Create ways and means to track the consignment for timely delivery_**:

- **_Update the maintenance record on regular basis and arrange for the timely maintenance of the equipment's by creating a database system for tracking_**:

- **_Tie-ups with local vendors for regular supply of equipment's_**:

- **_Study the Equipment Specification in detail and do market survey on its performance. Develop a report and present it to management on regular basis_
