
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Promote and sell Tiles, Sanitary Wares, Lighting and Windows to residential & commercial clients.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate products.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
- Attend customers at Showroom.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience in the home furnishing and interior products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Preferred Experience**:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the home furnishing and interior products.
- Existing network of architects, builders, or interior designers is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
