**CNC Machine Operator** with expertise in operating and maintaining **Beam Welding Machines**. The operator will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and precise fabrication of beams for use in prefabricated structures. This role is critical to ensuring the high-quality output of structural components in our production facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor **CNC Milling Machine** to fabricate structures according to technical specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machine programming.
- Load materials into the machine and align workpieces accurately to ensure optimal weld quality.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure the machine is functioning properly, including calibrating settings such as speed, torque, and pressure.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines and welding equipment.
- Monitor the process to ensure that workpieces meet quality standards, adjusting settings as necessary to correct defects.
- Conduct quality checks, including measurements and inspections, to verify product conformity.
- Document production data, including machine performance, run time, and material usage.
- Adhere to all **health and safety regulations** in the production area.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of completed projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine issues that arise during production.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or GED required. Vocational training or certification in CNC operation, mechanical engineering is a plus.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience operating **CNC machines** in a manufacturing environment, preferably with **milling machines**.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and troubleshooting techniques.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods during shifts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to precision and accuracy in welding and machine operation.
- **Problem Solving**: Capable of identifying and resolving mechanical or technical issues on the fly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 2 years (required)
