**Responsibilities**:

- **Colour Matching**:

- Accurately match colours between physical samples and digital representations.
- Utilize colour swatches, Pantone codes, and other tools to ensure colour consistency.
- Calibrate displays and other equipment to maintain colour accuracy in the digital workflow.
- **Image Finishing**:

- Enhance product images to achieve a high level of realism and visual appeal.
- Perform retouching, colour correction, and other adjustments in Photoshop.
- Ensure images are consistent with the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.
- **Design Research**:

- Conduct online research to identify design trends, patterns, and inspiration.
- Assist in brainstorming and ideation for new product designs and visual concepts.
- Gather and organize reference materials for the design team.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc.
- Stay updated on new design software and tools.
- **Colour Acuity**:

- Exhibit a strong understanding of colour theory, including colour relationships, colour modes, and colour psychology.
- Differentiate between subtle colour variations and identify colour discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating colour matching skills and image editing abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with AI design tools like Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of colour theory and colour management.
- Ability to conduct online research and gather design inspiration.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills / Added Advantage**:

- Experience in the têxtile, home goods industry or photo studio.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering or other visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with research & designing using AI techniques.
