E-commerce Executive - Product Listing

**Location**: Sitapura, Jaipur (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000/month (based on experience)

About the Company:
Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd. is a Jaipur-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, unpolished pulses and grains. We supply to both retail and wholesale markets, and are now expanding our presence across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Blinkit. We are looking for a motivated individual to help manage and grow our digital marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Upload and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other platforms
- Write and update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and keywords
- Monitor and update stock levels across platforms
- Process orders, coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle return/refund requests and respond to basic customer inquiries
- Keep track of seller dashboards and platform messages
- Maintain reports using Excel or Google Sheets

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Written and spoken communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience preferred, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in grocery, FMCG, or D2C product listing
- Knowledge of basic online marketing or paid ads (optional but a bonus)
