**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Home Loans (HL) and other banking products to potential customers.
- Identify and approach prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate loan solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets for Home Loans and other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of loans.
- Provide customers with detailed information on loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies during the sales process.
- Regularly report sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to the management.
- Attend training and development programs to stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate (any stream).
- **Experience**:

- At least 6 months of experience in Home Loans (HL) or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
- OR at least 1 year of experience in any sales field (preferably from sectors such as real estate, insurance, or financial products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loans and other banking products is preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
