**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the entire electronics hardware assembly production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Supervise and guide a team of assembly technicians and production line workers, motivating them to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to understand product designs, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly processes to optimize productivity and minimize defects.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for production materials, ensuring adequate stock to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure products adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and implement best practices to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training to existing staff on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
- Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for the procurement of assembly components and negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain and update production records, performance metrics, and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the production process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in electronics hardware assembly and production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electronics components, assembly techniques, and quality control processes.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to resolve technical challenges.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IoT and automation technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch products.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
