**Job Summary**: The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient transportation and delivery of goods. This role involves managing logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transport Coordination**: Plan, organize, and manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with warehousing teams to track and manage stock.
- **Supplier and Vendor Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Prepare and manage all required documentation, including shipping manifests, customs paperwork, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company policies and legal standards.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues related to transportation, inventory, or supply chain disruptions. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs. Generate reports and analyze data to improve logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with occasional site visits.
