**Major Responsibilities/Activities**:
**1.** Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, production, and distribution teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Logistics Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound. Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation. Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.

4. Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements. Coordinate with customs authorities for smooth import and export processes.

5. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving any issues that may arise. Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements.

6. Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings within the logistics and supply chain processes. Monitor logistics-related expenses and implement cost-effective measures.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans for unforeseen events that may impact logistics operations.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize logistics software and tools to analyze data and generate reports. Provide regular updates and reports to management on key logistics metrics.

9. Freight forwarding in a logistics executive job role involves coordinating and managing the transportation of goods from one location to another. This includes arranging the movement of cargo, handling documentation, customs clearance, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of shipments. **Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
