**What will you do?**
- 90 Day Training - Goal - CKA- Extension of 30 days if needed
- + 60 to 90 days - Shadow on a live project- Objective: Customer Interaction, Due Diligence while working, Troubleshooting, Problem-solving with mínimal support
- Build systems with an orientation for Performance, Reliability, and Scalability
- Develop comfort with Asynchronous communication, remote work environment
- Post 180 days: Become an expert in a niche Cloud Native tech
