**Urgently Required Maintenance Executive at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.**

**Qualification:

- **Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical or Electrical or a related field.

**Experince**:

- 1 year/ Freshers can also apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in perform routine maintenance tasks of taking daily rounds
- Inspect, troubleshoot and repair medical equipment, machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout the hospital to provide a comfortable and healthy environment for patients, staff and visitors.
- Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to hospital operations. Repair leaks, clogs, faulty wiring and other maintenance issues as necessary.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies, such as power outages, water leaks and equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks and restore functionality as quickly as possible.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for hospital facilities, equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards applicable to maintenance activities in healthcare settings.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, repairs and equipment histories. Generate reports and documentation as required for regulatory compliance and internal monitoring purposes.
- Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.
