Greeting clients: Welcoming clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the reception area: Keeping the office tidy and presentable
- Handling phone calls: Answering calls and redirecting them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Managing mail and packages: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments: Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining files and records: Organizing and maintaining files and records, and updating them when necessary
- Operating office equipment: Using office equipment such as photocopiers and printers
- Bookkeeping and invoicing: Handling bookkeeping and issuing invoices
- Recording meeting minutes: Recording meeting minutes and dictations
- Monitoring office supplies: Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Monitoring office expenses: Monitoring office expenses and costs
- Taking up other duties: Taking up other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements or schedules
