**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in social work or relevant field.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible for the monitoring & coordination of projects at multiple levels.
- Direct the project associate in promoting developmental programs for the benefit of children & community at the field level.
- Develop planning, systems & processes concerning the project.
- Undertake periodical visits to project locations to monitor, review and extend required steps for implementation of the project.
- Provide documentation support to the organization - reports, documentation, and other organizational documents.
- Establish a network with local agencies, government, and NGOs to strengthen the implementation of the program of the organization.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Willingness to travel & undertake fieldwork.
- Knowledge & understanding of issues related to education & community.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.

**Salary**:
The salary shall be commensurate with the experience
