- We are looking for a Zscaler Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX products. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on Zscaler's ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX products.
- Assist sales teams in developing technical solutions and proposals for customers.
- Pre-sales technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Participate in customer proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions with customers during the sales cycle and implementation process.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers and partners.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support.
- Stay up to date on the latest Zscaler product features and functionality.
**Qualifications**:
- 7-8 years of experience in enterprise security solutions, with a strong focus on cloud security.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX products.
- Excellent understanding of cloud security concepts, including secure access service edge (SASE), zero trust network access (ZTNA), and cloud access security broker (CASB).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Certifications: Zscaler certifications (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) are a plus.
- Experience with Zscaler API and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
