**Job description**

**Operations Executive/ Sr. Executive**

**About the role:

- **

**Attending day-to-day activities of all the inquiries received from Travel agents and from B 2 B also.**

**Reply all agents inquires on time i.e. Sending quotations if we have ready rates, well presented offers, full needed information and most competitive rates (check with particular hotelier or B 2 B agent) to materialize maximum business from our RMT Portal.**

**Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering.**

**Timely follow up for the quotations sent on the previous day, to study and understand.**

**Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents.**

**Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each Agents requirements.**

**Arranging for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding and other related services, according to Agents client itinerary.**

**Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.**

**Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, presentable and professional way from the RMT portal.**

**Adhere to all agents’ requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty**

**Follow-up for payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues.**

**Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.**

**Handle unforeseen problems and complaints i.e. escalation handling by coordinating with Agents and company’s department.**

**Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.**

**Requirements:

- **
- A Customer driven, positive attitude with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service.
- We require Full Time Executive with knowledge of International Destinations, Travel Packages.
- Good communication and selling skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
