Key Responsibilities:

- **Vendor Communication**:Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, reviewing purchasing agreements, and resolving any discrepancies with deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs based on sales data or quarterly/annual reports, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Order Processing**:Processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and updating records (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- **Research and Analysis**:Conducting market research, identifying potential vendors, and analyzing cost trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
- **Administrative Support**:Maintaining purchasing records, databases, and other administrative tasks to support the purchasing department.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensuring that products received are in good condition and meet quality standards.
- **Cost Savings**:Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
