**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation** - Develop high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and video) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms

**Social Media Strategy** - Plan and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.

**Community Engagement** - Foster meaningful interactions, respond to comments, and build an active online community.

**Analytics & Optimization** - Track performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

**Trendspotting** - Stay ahead of platform updates, viral trends, and industry shifts to keep our content fresh and relevant.

**Collaboration** - Work closely with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

**Influencer Partnerships** - Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**:
A strong passion for digital marketing and social media.

1-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.

Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (preferred but not mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
