**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting & Outreach**:

- Identify and call targeted audiences—specifically IT consulting service firms—to introduce Rosterly’s end-to-end operations automation platform.
- Engage potential clients in conversation to gauge interest in a product demo.
- **Scheduling Demos**:

- Coordinate calendars and secure appointments for product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospective clients based on their business needs, focusing on timesheet management, invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliation requirements.
- Gather relevant information about client workflows and readiness to adopt Rosterly’s solutions.
- **CRM Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and scheduled demos in our CRM system.
- Track engagement metrics and follow up with leads as necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop calling scripts, refine messaging, and optimize outreach strategies tailored to IT consulting service companies.
- Share insights from calls with cross-functional teams to improve overall marketing strategies and product positioning.
- **Feedback Loop**:

- Provide ongoing feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding common client pain points, feature requests, and messaging effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree (or certification) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making cold and warm calls.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts, especially in the areas of billing, payroll, and workforce management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing concepts is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
