**Responsibilities**:

- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods - video, in-person, walk-in drives
- Assisting HR department in relevant paperwork
- Assisting in operational tasks of HR for smooth functioning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree - preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or 6-months experience as an HR Recruiter is **Mandatory**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
