Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, developing employer branding strategies, and IT recruitment. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to fulfill their hiring needs and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and Employer Branding experience
  • Experience in Hiring and talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
