
Customer Service Representative

At Suqah, we’re building more than just a clothing brand - we’re creating an experience. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can make sure every interaction feels seamless, kind, and problem-free.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating with our logistics partners to track returns and exchanges.
- Processing and updating customer return requests through our internal dashboards.
- Keeping an eye on inventory levels and shipping timelines to provide customers with accurate updates.
- Helping customers pick the right sizes and products with personalized recommendations.
- Flagging recurring issues/feedback to the team to improve product and service quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and exchanges.
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written communication skills (clear, polite, and professional).
- Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy for customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple customer cases at once.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce or customer support before
