We have been bringing out diverse literary voices in all Indian languages with a strong focus on Guided Self-Publishing and Hybrid Publishing.

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Connect with customers and explain about us and our publishing packages and build good customer relations
- Provide solutions to their publishing need and close the leads
- Work on the initial screening of the manuscript and get the author-publisher agreement completed
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

**Skills**:

- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Any other language you know is an advantage
- Handle stress and sales target
- Self-motivated
- Good negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
