1. Maintain all chemical inventoryFollow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.

2. Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.

3. Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.

4. Follow up daily Receive & issue status and reports.

5. Maintain all receivable & issue documents properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.

6. Check materials inventory report & inform the concerned departments.

7. Follow up Work Order & indents properly.

8. Check raw materials, availability as per production plan.

9. Making monthly requisition for required items.

10.Maintain accurate stock according to FIFO.

11. Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organized (as per compliance).

12. Ensure Chemical Storage secondary containment & in pallet.

13. Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).

14. Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.

15. Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.

16. Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.

17. Coordinate with the Procurement team, Production and other functions.

18. Manage stock shortages, in case of shortages, initiate actions to meet the requriements.

19. Able to complete the task within a preset time-frame.

20. Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.

21. Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

22. Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

23. Handling and control of nonconformance and non conforming products.

24. Implementation of Corrective and preventive actions.Complying with Anabond Standards at all times.
