Finance Executive

Stores: 1. Responsible to have accurate product knowledge with regards to purchase specifications and quality standards. 2. Responsible to understand all receiving and storage procedures and how to complete receiving and store room records. 3. Responsible to enforce control measures by ensuring that: a. Only ordered goods are delivered; b. Partial deliveries are noted and not accepted; c. Multiplex is not billed for goods not delivered; d. Goods are of acceptable quality 4. Responsible to ensure that incoming products are checked against standard purchase specifications. Also to compare supplier’s invoices or delivery notes to the copy of the purchase order, market list, etc. To ascertain that goods and prices are identical with that order. To make physical inspection of the merchandise by measuring, weighing or counting them to ascertain that goods are actually received and subsequently charged for. 5. Responsible to move accepted products to storage areas immediately to minimize theft. 6. Responsible to inform the department concerned when goods are rejected due to wrong deliveries or difference specification/standard. 7. Responsible to ensure that the movement of goods arriving is smooth and efficient as not to cause any bottlenecks. 8. Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the receiving and storage area by liaising with the Housekeeping department whenever cleaning is required. 9. Responsible to assist in the scheduled stocktaking initiated by the Finance Manager. 10. Responsible to ensure that no item leaves the store without proper requisition. 11. Responsible to ensure month end stocktaking and adhere to the procedures specified. 12. Responsible to ensure that the pest control is carried out as scheduled in the stores. 13. Responsible to ensure par stock levels of stores items are maintained and to prepare purchase requests if stocks reach the re-order levels. Requisitions to be approved by the Finance Manager and General Manager. 14. Responsible for the storing/issuing of general store items as follows: a. General supplies (printing and stationery, guest and bar supplier). b. Cleaning supplies (all chemicals). 15. Responsible to assist in the preparation of monthly consumption reports of all store items by all departments. 16. Responsible to ensure rotation of all slow moving items regularly. 17. Responsible to complete purchase request for each vendor selected, log the purchase request and place the order. 18. Responsible to observe accident precaution rules for this storage area, including fire preventive measures. To be responsible to check on a regular basis the fire extinguisher located at the storage areas and to ensure that they are sealed and dates have not expired. Finance: 1. Responsible to prepare the receipt and the payment voucher
- both cash and bank. 2. Responsible for DCR summary compilation. 3. Responsible to prepare distributor’s deduction. 4. Responsible to prepare MIS reports. 5. Responsible to debit the expense to each department as per the expenditure and the budget. 6. Responsible to prepare the debtors analysis and prepare the ledger presentation. 7. Responsible to prepare the TDS, bank reconciliation, PT payment, ESIC. 8. Responsible to maintain all bills and records. 9. Responsible to handle licenses and ensure their payment and renewal fees paid 10. Responsible for repairs and maintenance statements. 11. Responsible to ensure control of credit card statements, and complimentary statements. 12. Responsible to attend to the auditors.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
