**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with potential students and parents to explain course benefits and drive enrollments.
- **Objection Handling**: Address concerns related to course fees, curriculum, or competition effectively.
- **Creating Urgency**: Use strategic communication to encourage immediate enrollment decisions.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly connect with leads to nurture interest and close sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- **CRM Management**: Update lead status, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- **Cross-Selling**: Recommend additional courses based on student needs.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in **English and Hindi** with excellent persuasive ability.
- **Primary
- Hindi, Secondary
- English**:

- **Sales & Negotiation**: Strong ability to influence and close deals.
- **Confidence & Urgency Creation**: Ability to build trust and encourage quick decision-making.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- **Work Experience**: 1+ years in telesales, inside sales, or customer engagement (EdTech experience is a plus).
