**Job Description: Admission Counsellor/Admissions Advisor**

**Location**: Edify, Bangalore
**Experience**: 1-3 Years
**Joining Period**: Immediate to 10 Days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide comprehensive information about academic programs, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Assess student interests and goals to recommend suitable programs.
- **Walk-In and Admission Handling**:

- Manage and address walk-in inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with applicants.
- **Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain excellent communication with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships to encourage enrollment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for admission-related queries and concerns.
- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Participate in educational fairs, events, and workshops to promote the institution.
- Coordinate campus tours and open house events for prospective students.
- **Administrative and Reporting Duties**:

- Generate reports on admission trends, walk-in statistics, and enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input on campaigns and promotional materials.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in student counseling, admissions, or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal and written **communication skills** in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in handling walk-ins and providing a seamless admission experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or admission management systems is an advantage.
