**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Drafting**: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp for architectural, engineering, and interior design projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine designs that meet project specifications and client requirements.
- **Conceptual Visualization**: Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations for client approval.
- **Revisions & Updates**: Modify and update designs based on client feedback, site measurements, and project changes.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings for construction, ensuring all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in project coordination by maintaining design timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- **Material & Product Research**: Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends to enhance design output.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of professional experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp design in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and rendering programs (Lumion, V-Ray, or similar).
- **Design Knowledge**: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction details, and building systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to create precise technical drawings and spot design inconsistencies.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to bring innovative ideas to life while adhering to project constraints.
- **Time Management**: Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is preferred.
