Lab Technician - job description
- Overall responsibility for all Lab activities
- Review and approve chemical and mechanical properties daily and provide feedback to QAM.
- Daily heat plan will be reviewed and approved to control the properties of Chemistry.
- Spectro Type and global Std verification.
- Review and approve the HTM advice, Log & chart daily, and provide feedback to QAM.
- Special cycles like Duplex and Nickel alloys will be witnessed and ensured quality.
- Radiation report review and approval.
- Incoming raw material review and approval.
- To ensure preventive maintenance for all lab equipment
- Overall foundry instruments calibration will be followed up.
- Acid pickling & Passivation and ferroxyl testing and the document will be maintained.
- To respond to customer queries
- Maintain all the lab-related documents.
- Work order Review and approval for all customers.
- ITP preparation based on customer requirements.
- Certification qualification for API20A & NORSOK.
- Discuss with the QA heading regarding Special grades like (4A, 5A, 6A, and Nickel alloy), 3.2 inspection details.
- Mailing to Pattern shop, methods, development for Integral test block.
- Mailing to Pattern shop, methods, development, and Inspection for any special marking requirements like, Grade, QT punch, SR Punch, and API marking requirements.
- Order shifting approval.
- Internal Work order approval.
- Support to manager for QMS and customer Audit.
- NABL qualification and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
