**Job Title**:
**PRT (Primary Teacher - All Subjects)**

**Job Summary**:
**Main Responsibilities: 1. Teaching and Learning**
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans according to the school curriculum.
- Use creative teaching methods to make learning fun and easy for young children.

**2. Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Take attendance regularly and monitor student behavior and progress.
- Ensure classroom materials and displays are neat and organized.

**3. Student Development**
- Identify learning needs of students and provide extra help where needed.
- Encourage students to participate in class activities and school events.
- Foster good values, manners, and teamwork among students.

**4. Assessment and Reporting**
- Conduct class tests, assignments, and other assessments regularly.
- Evaluate students’ performance and share progress reports with parents.
- Maintain accurate student records and portfolios.

**5. Coordination and Communication**
- Work closely with other teachers and the school management.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s academic and personal growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (as per CBSE norms).
- Good command of English and basic computer skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Classroom-based job within the school premises.
- Interaction with students, parents, and school staff daily.
- Active participation in school events, functions, and celebrations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
