Job Description: Robotics Teacher

Location: St. Xavier's High School, KTPS, Koderma & Deoghar, Jharkhand

St. Xavier's High School is looking for a dynamic and passionate Robotics Teacher to lead and inspire students in the exciting world of Robotics, Coding, and STEM learning. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about hands-on teaching, innovation, and technology-driven education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging lessons in Robotics, Coding, and related STEM concepts for students across different age groups.
• Conduct hands-on sessions using robotics kits, sensors, and microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
• Guide students through project-based learning, design thinking, and problem-solving challenges.
• Organize and mentor student participation in Robotics competitions, STEM fairs, and innovation challenges.
• Maintain and manage lab equipment, ensuring proper safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate robotics and STEM concepts across subjects.
• Assist in setting up and upgrading the Robotics and Innovation Lab as per school requirements.
• Prepare instructional materials, manuals, and documentation for lab activities.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and curiosity in students through fun and practical projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Prior hands-on experience in Robotics (design, programming, and hardware integration).
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, and block/text-based coding (Arduino IDE, Scratch, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with 3D printing, electronics prototyping, and automation concepts is desirable.
• Knowledge of Astronomy or interest in space science will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Creative, patient, and capable of engaging with students in a fun and effective manner.

Age Limit

Candidates between 22 and 35 years of age will be preferred.

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
