We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our sales team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting sales of our products/services. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a desire to drive sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
