**Office Location**:
Duraisamy Road, T Nagar, Chennai.

**Role Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated fundraiser to play a pivotal role in the growth of a leading NGO working in the field of Elderly care.

The foundation is seeking a dedicated and capable fundraiser with a proven track record in raising funds in the non profit, philanthropy and CSR field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take complete ownership of fundraising for a new project. Develop and deliver a comprehensive and coherent fundraising strategy for the project.
- Achieve realistic time-limited fundraising targets, agreed in consultation with Management and the Board of Trustees.
- Create a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio, with funding streams including individuals, major gifts, corporates, community, events, trusts/foundations, Gov’t agencies and other grantmakers, with appropriate priorities.
- Carry out prospect research and develop a comprehensive fundraising database that captures all relevant information, as well as handling all administrative aspects of fundraising.
- Developing the foundation’s communications and media profile in relation to fundraising initiatives.
- Representing the foundation and making presentations to the prospective donors.
- Play a crucial role in shaping the future direction and growth of the foundation, through input into board meetings and the organisational strategic plan.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
