We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telephonic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Telephonic Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to accounting practices across the UK via phone calls and persuading them to outsource their accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll work to AskUs Consultants LLP. Your role will involve building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to accounting practices across the UK to promote AskUs Consultants LLP's outsourcing services.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to generate interest and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide accurate and timely information to prospects regarding our services, pricing, and terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing head to share insights, strategies, and best practices for driving sales growth.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and update the system accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Ability to understand and articulate accounting terminologies and concepts (training will be provided).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with foreign customer is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
