- Trade processing & client servicing operations in Cash Equities
- Knowledge of Products and Regulatory (SEBI / Exchange) guidelines
- Evaluate and Mitigate operational risk
- Graduate / Post Graduate with certification course.
- At least 2 - 3 years’ of relevant experience in Cash Equities
- Excellent communication skills

**What you can expect**

**What you will do**
- Ensure adherence to relevant SEBI and Exchange regulations/guidelines
- Processing trade confirmations, managing client confirmation & reporting trades to exchange avoid violations
- NFRR Regulatory reporting to the Exchanges/Clearing corporation
- Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for Clients
- Timely response to client queries regarding unmatched trades
- Client Fails Reporting and follow-up for new accounts
- Evaluate and mitigate operational risk
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of Client fails
- Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives Breaks investigation and resolution
