Designation - Care Coordinator (Field Officer)

Please find below JD:

- Supervising at patient place, understanding proper care has been taken by the caregiver/Nurse or not.
- Interact with patients by doing patient visits to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate and provide solutions to customer that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and customer-centric. Responsible for resolving customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.
- Ensure timely service audits.
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support Place the customer at the center of the customer service experience

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Hsc/Any graduate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
